A complete update of this 1920s North Toronto Home included a Two-Storey Rear-Addition, lowering and finishing the Basement, Built-in Wall Unit in the Family Room, three new Bathrooms, as well as new flooring and wiring throughout the house. Storage was key; generous closets were added to each bedroom, including a Walk-In in the Master Bedroom. Storage was creatively introduced into the Main and Basement floor plans. Two substantial backyard trees had to be accommodated for their preservation, resulting in a L-shaped rear-addition, which includes a large alcove and Family Room on the main level and a Master Retreat including Ensuite Bathroom on the Second Floor.
